After our fantastic experience with Linea Verde, we returned to TV on Thursday, May 18, 2023, in a Rai News 24 report, once again bringing Bologna's street food to the national spotlight. It was an important opportunity to showcase not only our work, but also the cultural and gastronomic value this type of cuisine represents for the city.

During the service, we had the opportunity to tell the story of crescentina, showing firsthand how it's created and how it's prepared every day, with attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients. Recounting our journey and sharing the behind-the-scenes story was a truly meaningful moment for us.

Seeing our product featured on TV, after an already exciting experience like the Linea Verde one, confirmed how much the crescentina 2.0 has become a recognizable and appreciated symbol. It was wonderful to be able to share our passion and let an ever-wider audience know what we do every day.

Rai 1, Linea Verde: Indegno and his Crescentine have ended up on TV!

The program, broadcast live nationwide on February 27th by Linea Verde on Rai 1, featured us in the food and wine section dedicated to local excellence. It was an important and meaningful experience, allowing us to share our story and the journey that led us to reinvent a great classic of the Emilian tradition. During the broadcast, we had the opportunity to experience our daily work up close, explaining how our crescentine are made and the elements that make them unique. From the selection of raw materials to the preparation, each step was explained to convey the care and passion we put into each product.

Being featured on a historic program like Linea Verde was not only a milestone, but also a great satisfaction: a recognition of the value of our project and our commitment to pursuing a program that combines tradition, quality, and innovation.
